Six ways to apply your identity
Screen printing
Ink is pushed through registered mesh screens directly onto the garment. Best for strong spot colours, specialty inks and repeat production.
- Best on cotton & blends
- Durable solid colours
- Puff, high-density & reflective options
Embroidery
Computer-controlled multi-needle stitching builds a raised, durable logo using colourfast embroidery thread.
- Premium dimensional finish
- Excellent for polos, caps and jackets
- Flat, 3D and appliqué options
DTF printing
Artwork is printed onto PET film, coated with hot-melt powder, cured, then heat-transferred to the garment.
- Detailed full-colour artwork
- Works on many fabric types
- Strong for low-to-mid quantities
DTG printing
Water-based inkjet print is applied directly to a properly pretreated garment and heat cured.
- Soft hand and fine detail
- Ideal for cotton-rich garments
- Efficient for small varied runs
Dye sublimation
Heat turns disperse dye into gas so the design bonds inside polyester fibres rather than sitting on top.
- Unlimited all-over graphics
- No heavy surface layer
- Best for white/light polyester
Woven & printed patches
Jacquard weaving or specialist printing creates a separate branded badge that is sewn or heat applied.
- Sharp brand identity
- Removable or permanent
- Multiple edge and backing options

Selection matters
Artwork, fabric and end use must agree.
A beautiful test print can still fail if the chemistry, heat, stretch or garment construction is unsuitable. We review the complete application before bulk production.
